Organizational culture of management: adhocracy, competence and leadership

The article substantiates the directions for solving problems of organizational culture production through adhocratic management style. In high-tech and fast-growing industries, organizations have emerged that show signs organizing future. scientific literature, these are called adhocratic, which based on knowledge competence, rather than positions in hierarchy. organizations, contrast to bureaucratic structures, there is a shift from entrenched schemes, standardization, division functions methods activity (the desire rigid labor, excessive formalization behavior interaction, total use planning control systems, etc.). connects issue with competence leadership. employee seen as degree his qualification, allows him successfully solve tasks facing him. greatest effect this system will be if leaders different managers. basic features leadership highlighted: ability make responsible complex decisions, willingness take proper responsibility them; concern common good benefit people, not personal gain; lead people completely voluntary basis; possession charisma natural power influence; trust leader group strong authority; admit mistakes defeats, look miscalculations. advantages (participation all organization’s members, continuous learning, according capabilities each team member) disadvantages (possible communication during decision-making process; organization used working “adhocratically”, it constantly looking boss; long process due taking into account points views many people) identified.
